How it works

Thoughtful, in three steps

Pick an amount, add their name and a message, and choose when it should arrive – right away or on a special date.
Pay by QR
Scan or tap to pay with Revolut, Monzo or any UK bank app, using your gift card code as the reference. Then tap “I’ve paid”.
We send the e-card
Once we have confirmed your payment – usually within a few hours during opening times – the gift card is emailed, and you get a receipt.

Gift cards – FAQ

How does the gift card arrive?

As a beautiful e-card by email – straight to the person it is for, or to you to forward, share or print. You can also choose a date (a birthday, for example) and we send it that morning.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer with Revolut, Monzo or any UK banking app – scan the QR code or tap the button, and use your gift card code as the reference. Then press “I’ve paid”. We send the card as soon as we have confirmed the payment, usually within a few hours during opening times.

How long is a gift card valid?

For 12 months from the day it is issued. It can be used for any treatment, over as many visits as you like until the balance is spent.

How is it used?

Enter the code in the “Gift card” box when booking online – it comes off the price straight away – or simply show the e-card in the salon.

Can I buy a gift card in the salon?

Of course – pay by cash or card at the reception desk and we will email or print the card for you.

What if the email goes missing?

Just call or message us with the buyer’s name and email and we will send the gift card again.
