Is Shiny Club free?

Yes — membership is completely free. Simply create an account online or sign in with Google.

When do I get my points?

Points are added once your appointment is marked complete in the salon — 1 point for every £1 you pay, plus any tier bonus.

How do I spend points?

Every 100 points can be swapped for a £5 voucher in your account. Enter the code when you book online.

Do points expire?

Points stay on your account while you remain a member. Vouchers created from points are valid for 6 months.

How does referral work?

Share your personal link from your account by WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, SMS or email. Your friend gets a £5 welcome voucher, and when they complete their first visit you get 100 bonus points.

Is there a gift when I join?

Yes – every new member receives 50 welcome points and a £5 welcome voucher (minimum spend £20).

What are Silver, Gold and Diamond?

Everyone starts as Silver. Earn 300 points to become Gold (25% bonus points) and 800 points to become Diamond (50% bonus points).

How do I use my member card?

Open My account on your phone and show your digital member card at the till. We scan the QR code to add points or use them for money off.
