How it works
Group booking in three steps
- Send your request. Choose a date, rough time, number of people and the treatments you fancy.
- We plan your visit. We call or email within one working day to confirm times and technicians — up to four people at once, larger groups back-to-back.
- Enjoy & save. Arrive together, relax, and your group discount is taken off each person’s bill.
Group policy: discount for 3+ people booked together for the same day; please give at least 48 hours’ notice of changes to the group size; one discount per person (not combined with other offers or vouchers); Shiny Club points are still earned. Full policy

How much is the group discount?
Groups of 3 get 5% off, groups of 4 get 10% off and groups of 5 or more get 15% off each person's treatments, when you book together for the same day.
How do I book for a group?
Send the group request form with your date, number of people and treatments. We confirm times and technicians by phone or email within one working day.
Can everyone be done at the same time?
We have four technicians, so up to four people can usually be looked after at once. Larger groups are booked in back-to-back times so nobody waits long.
