How it works
Pay in four easy steps
- Scan or tap. Scan the QR code with your phone camera, or tap Pay now if you are on your phone.
- Choose your bank. Pick your bank from the list – it opens your own banking app (any major UK bank).
- Enter the amount and reference. Type the amount from your booking and use your booking reference or name as the reference.
- Approve and show us. Confirm with Face ID, fingerprint or PIN, then show the confirmation screen to your technician.
We never see your card number or banking login – the payment is approved inside your own bank’s app. Paying online is optional; you can always pay in the salon after your treatment.
Sign in to see the amount for your booking and tell us when you have paid.

Is paying by QR safe?
Yes. The payment uses Open Banking: you approve it inside your own banking app with your usual security (Face ID, fingerprint or PIN). We never see your card or bank login details.
Which banks can I use?
Most UK banks and building societies with a mobile app are supported. After scanning, just choose your bank from the list.
When should I pay?
Usually at the end of your appointment, once your technician has confirmed the final price. Paying in the salon by your usual method is still fine.
What if I paid the wrong amount?
Just tell your technician or call us on +44 7446 934345 – we will refund any overpayment or let you pay the difference.
