Do I need to book, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome whenever a technician is free, but evenings and weekends get busy. Booking online guarantees your time, lets you choose your technician and earns you Shiny Club points.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday 10am–7pm and Sunday 11am–5pm. Bank holiday hours are posted on our booking page.
Where are you?
We are at 4 Norfolk House, Wellesley Road, Croydon CR0 1LH — a few steps from the Wellesley Road tram stop and a short walk from East and West Croydon stations.
How long does a gel or BIAB manicure last?
Gel polish usually lasts 2–3 weeks and BIAB around 3–4 weeks. Daily cuticle oil and wearing gloves for chores make a big difference.
Can you remove nails done at another salon?
Yes. Book our “Take Off” service and we will gently remove gel, BIAB, SNS or acrylic without damaging your natural nails.
How do Shiny Club points work?
Create a free account and you get welcome points straight away. You then earn points on every completed visit, extra points for your birthday and for referring friends. Swap points for money-off vouchers in your account.
How do I use a voucher?
Enter your code in the “Voucher” box when you book online. The discount is shown before you confirm and you pay the reduced price in the salon.
Can I cancel or change my appointment?
Yes — cancel free of charge from your account up to 2 hours before your appointment, or call us. If you are running late, please let us know so we can keep your slot if possible.
How do I pay?
You pay in the salon after your treatment. Please ask the team which payment methods are available on the day.
Are your tools sterilised?
Yes. We hold a Croydon Council special treatment licence and clean and sterilise our tools between every client.
